- I have accounts with the 2 largest mini excavator manufacturers in China that will do custom builds. I have main Chinese components replaced with easily sourced popular parts (Parker, Rexroth, Eaton, Kubota, Yanmar…) When placing a large order, the build time is typically 30 days. Shipping times are typically 45-60 days because of conflict in the Red Sea and Panama Canal water levels. I generally prefer a 40 foot container, but have shipped 20 foot containers. In other words, price is based on how soon you want it and how large the machine is. If it fills a 20 foot container, we can ship it right away. If you wait for me to fill another 20 foot (typically a few weeks), I can save you shipping by ordering my machines with yours in a 40 foot container. The 2 ton machines I sell are very powerful and proven machines. Above this weight I will need to review the machines for standard configuration design and upgrades available. When you request a quote it will be an out the door price delivered to my farm in Polk City. The price will only be good for 2 weeks due to shipping quote validity for a single order. I will let you know when I have another container shipping if it is a LCL (Less than Container Load) quote. All custom orders require a 30% deposit that is non-refundable unless I can’t deliver the order within 120 days. I can save you a lot of money on custom orders and preorders because my capital is not tied up in unsold machines. For instance, the yellow excavator (SCRM 20) on the website is $13,500 out the door picked up from the farm. I will sell this machine for $12,500 out the door on a preorder.
